How do I join Beta Club?
In August and September, all eligible students will receive an invitation to join Beta Club via mail.

Williams Beta Requirements:
- Service Requirements:
- Officers: 30 hours per academic school year
- Beta Members: 20 hours per academic school year
- Convention Expectations for Service Hours:
- Officers: In order to attend a convention as a representative of Williams, Officers must have served at least 15 hours.
- Beta Members: In order to attend a convention as a representative of Williams, members must have served at least 10 hours.
- A Note: Service hours for Beta are only accepted upon completion during the academic school year.
- Attendance/Tardies: Students in Beta Club have regular school attendance and a maximum of ten tardies per quarter.
- Discipline: Students in Beta Club have no disciplinary infractions, in school or on the bus. If an infraction occurs, students will be suspended from Beta Club.
- Beta Club Dues: Pay $35 dues through OSP. Payment is due to OSP. These dues cover the national, state, and school wide payment of dues for Beta. If payment of dues is not made, students will not be able to become members of Beta Club at Williams Montessori.
- Teacher Recommendations: Students who are eligible to be a Beta Club Member must obtain two recommendation letters from two Williams staff members. These letters of recommendation should speak to student character, academic performance, leadership, and behavior in the classroom. Students are required to give requested teachers and staff a minimum of a week to complete these letters but requesting them in a timely manner. Letters of recommendation must be sent to Ms. Ali ([email protected]). If students do not obtain the letters by the deadline, students will be unable to become members of Williams Montessori Beta Club.
9th Grade Williams Students:
